Beginner

Tuesday: 6:00PM – 7:00PM

Wednesday: 6:15PM – 7:15PM

Friday: 6:15PM – 7:15PM

Saturday: 12:30 – 1:30PM

  • For students with little or no boxing experience

  • Learn fundamentals such as stance, basic punches, defense and balance

  • Improve conditioning

  • Learn the proper use of equipment, such as the heavy bag, speed bag, and double-end.

  • Required Equipment: hand wraps, bag gloves, and skipping rope.

Intermediate/Advanced

Monday: 5:45PM – 7:15PM

Wednesday: 7:15PM – 8:45PM

Friday: 7:15 – 8:45PM

Saturday: 12:30 – 1:30PM

  • For students with minimum 3 months of consistent training experience

  • Improve and refine fundamentals

  • Learn advanced techniques

  • Take part in controlled defense drills

  • (Optional) Take part in free sparring

  • Required equipment: Hand wraps, bag gloves, skipping rope. If taking part in sparring: mouthpiece, headgear, 14/16 Oz. sparring gloves and groin protector.
