Mondays: 5:45-7:15pm
• Improve conditioning • Students may take part in sparring drills after minimum 3 months of experience • Learn advanced techniques • required equipment: hand wraps, bag gloves. If taking part in sparring mouthpiece, headgear, sparring gloves and groin protector. Women’s Only Boxing (ongoing)
