Schedule/Class Descriptions

Boxing Classes (ongoing)

Mondays: 5:45-7:15pm
Wednesdays: 7:15-8:45pm
Fridays: 7:15-8:45pm

    Learn fundamentals such as stance, basic punches, defense and balance
    Improve conditioning
    Students may take part in sparring drills after minimum 3 months of experience
    Learn advanced techniques
    required equipment: hand wraps, bag gloves. If taking part in sparring mouthpiece, headgear, sparring gloves and groin protector.

Women’s Only Boxing (ongoing)

    Beginner program for women with little or no experience
    Always a female instructor
    Learn fundamentals such as stance, basic punches, defense and balance
    Improve conditioning
    required equipment: hand wraps and bag gloves

Tuesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm and Fridays 6:15pm-7:15pm
